Kevin Pawl is the Senior Director of Patient Access at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is responsible for improving the patient, family and referring-provider experience when accessing services. In his current role, significant accomplishments have been made including the creation of a business intelligence tool which provides transparency to key Access metrics, as well as enterprise-wide Access standards that help align both hospital and physician delivered services.
David Gates
Director of Ambulatory Training and Technology
David Gates is the Director of Ambulatory Training and Technology Team at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is responsible for providing innovative technology solutions to support ever-evolving healthcare systems. With a focus on front-end processes, David led the implementation of a cross-specialty algorithm to streamline the scheduling process to allow any staff across the Enterprise to schedule the right patient, with the right provider, and in the best location.
